There is no better cure for a bad mood than laughter. Laughter also helps to cure many diseases and also help to reduces the stress and pain. As we all know the people who are working they have very buzy and hectic schedule in there day to day life. and some or the other things misses in there life. and the life become more stressfull. And as we meet our friends and crack jokes and laugh and then we forget our pains and releases our stress. As it is also proven by docter laughter helps to cure the diseases. As even I have seen in comedy nights with kapil. People come and share the problems and say while watching his show its helps to cure there cancer and other diseases. With the help of laughter. There are many other benefits of laughter like:
