Computer is the first requirement for any music recording studio because today every recording or music making work is done in digital way. Now you will think that which OS (Operating system) or which computer we should take a Mac or a Windows? So the right answer is you can buy any of this it's no matter either you buy Mac or Windows you can make profession music on both.
In this also desktop or laptop? if you travel a lot and want your setup with you than take a laptop if you not travel mush more than i preferred a desktop because you can modify it.

But in future, if you think to update your studio than I will suggest buying i5 or i7. But as we are talking about the low budget so we will select i3 processor.
2. The RAM (Random Access Memory): You should buy at least 4 GB RAM this is a common requirement for rendering the music and for loading large song library. but if you have 8 GB of RAM then it is best and makes sure your motherboard should have one extra slot to insert more RAM in future to upgrade the system. So for now low cost studio we will select 4 GB RAM.
3. Hard Disk: Third and the very important thing hard disks for low budget studio 500 GB hard disks is also fine.but it should have at least 7200 rpm speed for multi-tracks recording and live recording.
And extra feature like multi USB slot and low noise fan for good recording quality.

Headphone are used mostly in editing the audio so while selecting headphone make sure that is on-ear so that you will get the best result. the cobra hifi 7.1 is the best studio headphone.
Most Important thing in recording studio is a studio condenser mic this mics are different from other mics it only use for studio recording purpose it records the prefect vocal of the singer not the other noisy sounds there are various type of recording mic but for budget studio samson condenser mics are best.
