As a Lecturer, Guide and Motivator of class TYBMS in Reena Mehta College; my aim is to impart holistic education and learning in my students. I believe that every student has the ability to be like a candle; a person who can bring brightness in a dark room. I cultivate an attitude of ‘Never say die’ to my students.
In today’s modern dynamic world, my students are encouraged to develop their interpersonal and social skills which are a necessity in building future leaders and entrepreneurs of tomorrow. I spare no efforts to make the quality of lectures and activities in class, meaningful and relevant in today’s economic-social times. I equip my students to face the challenges of the society fervently while ensuring at the same time that the students enjoy learning.
Every student is unique and owns their idiosyncratic skills. I foster my students to have ‘Out of the box’ thinking. I believe in teaching ethics and good values to my students so that they can grow through life. I expect all my students to defeat mediocrity and procrastination and strive to achieve their goals. Wishing all my students all the success in their future endeavours.
